He is far away from me (3,000 miles) and I trust him. hes a good guy that does not get into trouble. I do think things are funny and I am smart . I work hard and go to school for some hard classes. I am taking crminal Law. I want to work undercover. Some day I want to work for the FBI and I know I can do it too. so you don't know me and should not say things like you did.

I wasn't saying you were stupid, I was saying you may not know everything about all the naval/armed forces officers out there. I'm sure you are quite smart and yes, likely to reach your goals. Don't take it so much to heart. I wasn't trying to insult you. I was just trying to get you to see the other side.
And I retract what I said about the possibilty that he is involved in those things I was referring to. Not all guys are assholes. I don't know him, so I can't say that he is. And I respect what he does. I'm not too fond of the job, but I wouldn't insult them all. There are diamonds in the rough everywhere. But, I was bringing up the fact that a lot of them have the tendancy to be amoral. It seriously messes with their heads and not all of them can come out in tact. And when I say "messes with their heads", I mean it seems to make them feel less, simply because of the fact that they see so many horrific things. It is quite disheartening, no?
But I digress. I hope you get to where you are going. As long as this world is the way it is, we will need people to do the job he does and the job you want to do. And I really don't envy you studying law. Dear god, that bores me to death. . .
