Do what my fucking dad does. Close all the windows and doors. They can't complain if you fucking keep it down like that enough.

Pad your garage with egg crates the way we have to do in the Inland Empire where we don't have some kind of spoiled rich kid fucking "rehearsal spaces" (except in Pomona actually, but those are like expensive monthly rental units in this like 6 story high rise place). Also the other thing we specifically have in San Bernardino you might try is negotiating with a place that rents out like Self Storage units and has 24 hr. access. This one out here has practically turned into a village of musicians and there's about 30 or so more units rented then there would be otherwise there so it wouldn't be to hard of a sell to make to an owner of a place on almost purely economic grounds,

P.S. I meant that "egg crate" matress stuff, not actual egg crates just in case you're stupid.

Rehersal spaces aren't just for rich people. I f you live in an appartment, you can't really practice there so rental units are ideal. Not everyone is fortunate enough to live in a house in the suburbs...but I gues ths is ORANGE COUNTY punk...

Well, the guy that posted said he had a problem at his house and I said to use egg crate in his garage. Obviously I'm not talking to or from the perspective of a cramped city dweller type, and yeah, Out here rehearsal space costs way too much unless you're a rich kid.
