normally I wouldn't post this on here but, brodie was hot as ever. I hadn't been to a show in a while since that one, and it's weird how everything is changing. It was so packed you couldn't even fall, I wasn't even able to walk on the ground. Now, I don't mind it being so packed but, it's more so when people go to a show with a dick up their ass. I saw these two crazy bitches right next to me yelling, and fuck if you're going to fight then do it and get it over with.
Then there was the pit, the pit sucked balls! there were about 5-8 people in there, and I sware everyone looked like they were 12 and sporting rancid. I dont see why you'd wear a rancid shirt to a distillers show.
As far as their show went, it was okay. on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 5. It didnt seem like they were into the show, as if they weren't having fun. Why would I want to go seea band who seemed like they didnt want to perform in the first place? The music was great though, the vocals and everything were good live. did i mention brodie was hot as fuck?
there were 2 bands there that came on before them; Kill Hannah, and some other band. I try to get at a show before opening bands just to see all of everyones set. I have to say Kill Hannah isn't my type of music at all but, they were the best band to be on that stage that night.
I've noticed I have more fun with little venues, and bands that are just starting out. They enjoy the crowd, and put their all in the music. In return it makes it a fucking great show. To all those small bands, with little notice, I salute you.
