alex's bar is one bad ass spot to see a show! pabst blue ribbon on tap for $2.00. i have died and went to white trash heaven. hit by a semi started it off and got things amped up. good band i need to see a few more times to really appreciate. the pervz took stage next. Thid is my fist time seeing or even hearing about this band and i did't know what to expect. punk/rock music that blew my fuckin' doors off. one of the coolest bands i've seen in a long time. this band will be huge in a matter of a year. The drummer is intense, his facial expressions and moves were reminiscent of animal from the muppets. when the band finished, i was waiting for that ear to ear shit eating grin to leave his face, but he had it all night. the needles went up next and i did'nt catch much of that but it seemed decent. the smut peddlers came on and being one of my favorite bands i went front and center. in the 6 plus blue ribbon stupor i was in i neglected to remove my glasses from my face prior to the chaos. after the second song my other two eyes were slapped off of my face and trampled by the surrounding whirlwind of wife beater clad youth. stupid move on my part, but it couldn't ruin my night. i squited and got even closer to see the rest of the show and smut could never disappoint. definitely going to catch the show at the doll hut next month.thank you to the girl who looked around and handed me several pieces of what once were my glasses
