Orange County Punk Internet Radio Station

I have been thinking about doing this for some time but I'm not too sure how interested people would be in this. I want to create
an internet radio station that will stream OC punk 24/7.

Is there any interest?

If there is enough interest I will get the ball rolling.

Preliminary thoughts have me thinking that I will need for local SoCal bands to send in their songs on CD with some type of permission for OC Punk to broadcast. I'll put up a form to fill out at that time.

great idea!!!! get this thing going right now!!!!! im 15 and play DIY (thats Do It Yourself, for those who dont know)/straightedge punk band. we play oldschool punk (infl. black flag, minor threat, stooges, mc5) i think it would be a great idea. but instaed of just playing oc punk, play just any good punk stuff. if you just play o.c. stuff, it would be very limited, but if you play worldwide stuff from everywhere and play a variety of stuff from thrash to hardcore tooldschool punkto newschool punk to rock and roll and everything in between im sure you would gain a huge audience

stay positive, keep it DIY, and dont let corporate radio kill punk!!!!!

i think that harry balzagna is a complete idiot. the radio does not kill punk it only supports it to its fullest capicity. yuor band must really suck because have never heard of you. you say you are inspired by mc5 who are they and black flag only had one album them rollins made his own band. sorry to sound so harsh but when people bad mouth the radio i get really mad.

Black Flag had alot more than one album... Ever check racks at record stores? You are very limited in thought and findings, arent you? Where do you get all your information?

And what the hell does Do It Yourself mean when it comes to music, or anything for that matter?

For sure, you should do it! I also think you should play oldshool punk and stuff, from every where (Like the circle jerks, stooges, Dead Kennedys and stuff, if you want) but for sure do it! Just OC punk bands would be awsome! I would listen to it!
